Free UK delivery on all orders over £15

For orders under £15:

- Greetings Cards and Art Shipping = £0.95

- Jewellery Shipping = £1.60

All orders are posted with Royal Mail second class as standard, unless you have selected and paid for a different shipping option at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class

- Arrives 2-3 days after dispatch

All orders are shipped using 2nd Class service unless another option is selected and paid for at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

- Arrives 2 days after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24

- Arrives 1 day after dispatch.

Gifting

If you need your order for a specific day please let me know in the notes section as you go through checkout or send me an email and I will do my best to make sure it arrives on the day you need it.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email from me. If you don’t see a dispatch email from me in your inbox, please check your junk mail first before getting in touch.

Sometimes delivery companies have delays during busy periods, especially around Christmas. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch via email with your order number so I can help.

Changed your mind?

If you’ve changed your mind or aren’t happy with your order, please contact me at hello@natalieleaowen.co.uk with your order number to arrange a return. I will refund the cost of the item but not the original postage cost you paid when you purchased the item. The cost of the return postage will be. your responsibility.

Faulty Items

All items are handmade by me, and I do my best to ensure they are checked thoroughly and packed carefully before being dispatched. Sometimes things can go wrong during transit though, so if your item arrives damaged or faulty, I can either send you a replacement, or offer you a full refund instead. Whichever you prefer. If your order does arrived damaged, please let me know within 7 days by emailing me at hello@natalieleaowen.co.uk so I can get it sorted out for you ASAP.

The current lead time for wholesale paper goods is 1-3 days.

The minimum order value for wholesale orders is £35

Delivery for Europe Wholesale Customers: £25 - All trade orders to Europe are posted with a fully tracked service.

Delivery for Australia / Canada / USA / New Zealand Wholesale Customers: $60 - All trade orders are posted with a fully tracked service.
